Breathing Space

Mindfulness beginners welcome. To get the most out of your practice you are invited to take one of my 8 week MBSR courses, to learn and cultivate the basics of Mindfulness practice.

8 week course graduates. Come along and maintain your practice.

Relax. Replenish. Reconnect. Recharge your Mindfulness ready for the week ahead.

Each session includes a meditation, sitting, lying, standing, mindful movement. We also include time for sharing and listening to each other as we discuss our experience with the practice, and on mindful living.

Videos are lovely but nothing compares to practicing live, together, in a shared space.
